Voicemail Transcribing converts your voicemail message into text that is emailed to you along with the audio message.

How It Works

When a voicemail message is recorded, the voicemail message is transcribed to text by an automated transcription service. Once the transcription is complete, the audio and the transcription are emailed to your designated email address for your voicemails. You can turn this feature on or off through the Admin & User Portal by choosing "Extension Settings" from the "Settings" drop-down menu.

• Save time and act quickly by reading the transcript of a voicemail message without having to listen to the entire voicemail message.
