How It Works

Amp Telecom supports up to 3 devices on a single extension number. You can manually configure your devices to use the same extension information by simply copying the same setup information on each device. Alternatively, Amp Telecom can provision certain telephones to use a single extension number throughout the office.

• Connect your VoIP softphone to the same extension as your desk phone so that they both ring when calls come in.
