Enterprise Management handles user and group management functions necessary to provide members of your organization access to the User Portal, associate those users to one or more extension numbers, and associate those users by their extension numbers to access groups.

How It Works

Enterprise Management is handled through various tools available in the Admin Portal. You can associate extensions with users to enable the users to retrieve stored faxes, voicemails, and recorded calls within the User Portal. Further, groups can be used to determine which extensions have permission over other extensions.

Practical Uses

• Provide User Portal access to users and reset passwords for your users when necessary.
• Create a group consisting of extensions belonging to sales managers that can monitor their sales department but cannot monitor anyone else.
